This court had ordered RBI last year in June to assess Speakasia’s module and if found legal to permit it and then RBI had meetings with SAOL and Company also provided whatever documents that were asked by RBI . Since no response has been received from RBI . Since no response has been received from RBI this Writ has been moved. So this case is very important for business restart. Detailed update will come soon.

Some panelists are confused due to rumours. Here is the tomorrow’s causelist. Association’s name is still there in both writs. If the name were deleted than how it is there. Association’s name was removed earlier when it was not registered but now it’s a registered body. Reg. date : 3rd Feb 2012. So don’t get confused by rumours & plz ignore them completely.
