All eyes are now set on the honorable Supreme Court and 20 lakh panelists are desperately waiting for a clear cut opinion of judiciary on this case. By this time as per various previous news the Registrar of Companies (ROC) has submitted its report to the Government of India. RBI also had conducted a meeting with Speak Asia legal representatives (for detail Please go through the RTI reply by RBI posted on www.bizbasket.net). Now all the required facts are probably in front of the court. We hope some sort of decision should come out of tomorrow's hearing. Lets hope for the best and pray to god that we win this lengthy legal battle which has been forced upon us by the media and competitors of the SAOL.
