As you all know that the honorable supreme court in its order dated 06th February, 2011 during the hearing of the case "Solomon James & Others vs Union of India", has directed to start the payout process to panelist. As per our discussion with the authentic sources the background process for the payout is going very fast. Because of this being a closed door process we are unable to find update on a day to day basis. But we all can hear a very good news at any point of time. Its little difficult for us to give any date but all we can say is, if we have waited for around 9 months what is there in a week or two.
The lengthy legal battle is already won. Only last few formalities are remaining which will be completed very shortly and once again we'll see the same happiness on the faces of Speak Asians and there family members.
