As everyone know that the hearing of the SAOL matter under the writ 383/2011 in supreme court was scheduled today.
The Advocates for EOW were not present in the court and the honorable Supreme Court asked the CBDT (Income tax dept) for tax liability of Speak Asia and directed the IT dept to close this matter as soon as possible. Now the matter is listed for tomorrow (10th may 2012) hearing.
From our knowledge all we can say is, getting the next date so close i.e. just one day after the previous hearing is something very rare in Indian courts. So we can expect something positive tomorrow. Lets pray to god that we get some clear cut direction from the apex court so that the lakhs of Speak Asians who are trapped in financial mess get out of it and see a new dawn.
