Today raigarh and thane matter was heard in the Hon. Bombay High Court. Court has advised to do amendment of the pray that both the F.I.R’s have to be clubbed with the main F.I.R no. 60 instead of that the both F.I.R’s have to be quashed.
Next date will be informed soon. Have patience. Final victory will be ours.

Exit option !!!! Business Restart !!!!

Friends, I understand that at this juncture we have many questions in our mind regarding the restart of our beloved company and as we have been told by our company that the exit of a test batch will start the process rolling in a couple of weeks time so more anxiety is present in our mind as to what will happen and how and when . I , by this post of mine , am trying to give my opinion to the questions which I am receiving from my fellow speakasians.

Exit of the test batch will start the process of Restart ?

I personally feel that the process of exit of the test batch is just a confirmation of the commitment of SAOL’s intent and it will contradict many persons hard formed belief that the company will not even shell out a single Rupee unless it is allowed to do business in India How far is the Business Restart ?
Though I feel that the the business restart is not far from happening it is not around the corner just as yet
What about the Judicial process after the dismissal of WP 3611/2011 in Hon’ble BHC and WP 383/2011 in the Hon’ble SC ?
I personally believe that in both the WP’s mentioned above further relief can be and will be sought . The Judgment of 19/09 has diminished our speed but we are not on standstill and in very near future we will be seeing the advances on this.
On the whole I believe this is the time to stand united and bear the brunt of delay and very surly we will have clear cut answer of our qurries from the company and finally reach our destination .
I will also like to mention here that only trust the company’s blogspot and aispa.co.in for news and do not get hyped by so many positive and not so positive news and information readily available to us

Hearing of Thane and Raigad case

Tomorrow is hearing in Mumbai high court.

Dear Friends !!!
As we all know that on 16th of October we have hearing of Thane and Raigad case which is taken care by the company and the respondent to give its reply or affidavit will be clarified on that day….
Regarding the Exit Payments as it was said by the company that it will take couple of weeks time once again couple of weeks is not 2 weeks time …it could be 3 weeks as well but not a month and we all can see the progress from now that the Exit form which is showing under progress…We need to wait for the confirmation of email by the company which is expected to arrive soon as per the direction

It is very well seen that things are normalizing now and there is no doubts as we all can see the tremendous efforts made by Haren Venture Pte Ltd which has always co-operated with the Govt. to make things better for all speakasians…And regarding RBI outcome it is kept confidential till now and shall remain confidential till further notice and will be revealed to all at that right time …Please understand here we have so many intruders which are against the company and without causing any delay or problem for the company things are getting better for the welfare of all Speakasians… On 29th of October as we can see writ 383 which shows pending the matter is regarding the 50crore which was ordered by Hon Supreme Court to return the money back to the company for which some formalities needs to be done for the returning of the monies back to the company which shall be fulfilled…
Last but not least company’s work is going in process and everything will definitely happen but it shall happen step by step and not in a sudden jump…So please have patience and wait for the next letter of the company for more clarification.
This month is expected to be eventful for all ….

There is a rumour that Reserve Bank of India issued an circular to banks regarding clearance to Speakasia. But in realty there is nothing like this. RBI gave it’s reply to Speakasia thru one letter. If it will be necessory company will inform us. Please don’t pay any attention to such posts/comments/blogs. Exit processing is on so please wait with patience.

Writ 383 is showing pending & listed on 29/10/2012 at Hon. Supreme Court’s website.
Registery of Hon. Supreme Court’s has listed the matter for clarification on payment refund of Rs. 50 Cr. to Speakasiaonline. It’s regarding the amount that was deposited by Speakasiaonline in the registery of Hon. Supreme Court of India. More details will be provided after 29/10/2012.
