Exit option !!!! Business Restart !!!!

Friends, I understand that at this juncture we have many questions in our mind regarding the restart of our beloved company and as we have been told by our company that the exit of a test batch will start the process rolling in a couple of weeks time so more anxiety is present in our mind as to what will happen and how and when . I , by this post of mine , am trying to give my opinion to the questions which I am receiving from my fellow speakasians.

Exit of the test batch will start the process of Restart ?

I personally feel that the process of exit of the test batch is just a confirmation of the commitment of SAOL’s intent and it will contradict many persons hard formed belief that the company will not even shell out a single Rupee unless it is allowed to do business in India How far is the Business Restart ?
Though I feel that the the business restart is not far from happening it is not around the corner just as yet
What about the Judicial process after the dismissal of WP 3611/2011 in Hon’ble BHC and WP 383/2011 in the Hon’ble SC ?
I personally believe that in both the WP’s mentioned above further relief can be and will be sought . The Judgment of 19/09 has diminished our speed but we are not on standstill and in very near future we will be seeing the advances on this.
On the whole I believe this is the time to stand united and bear the brunt of delay and very surly we will have clear cut answer of our qurries from the company and finally reach our destination .
I will also like to mention here that only trust the company’s blogspot and aispa.co.in for news and do not get hyped by so many positive and not so positive news and information readily available to us
