I have been absent from the fora for the past week due to marriage of my niece . I have now made aware of myself of the happenings of the past week. The order passed by Hon’ble Justice Joshi in ABA 1083 is actually a boon in disguise as it is factually incorrect and will be challenged by both the Aispa and Company and as every speakasian will vouch that doing survey is in no way connected with enrolling new members.

The lessons learnt by WP 383 and ABA 1083 will be a milestone in the further judicial engagements .
I personally feel that the time is ripe to move the SC for consolidation of all investigations as the trial has already commenced in AP and as per law all pending investigations on same charges on same company should be a witness in the ongoing trial.
Many disgruntled and divisive forces are utilizing this momentary period to raise aspirations on our beloved leader and their close family members and this at least is laughable and at most pitiable and I am surprised that many of us are falling prey to the ever long strategy of divide and rule.

Only mantra as for now is to have full faith and be united to the hilt.
