There are some panelists who are trying to spread confusion and
trying to divide the panel . They are using rumor innuendo and un
parliamenatry language to support their stand .
As Mr Anand Prasad has explained in his latest post they are creating some artificial divide between SAOL and Haren Ventures . Their chief and laughable premise for this is that the SC asked the registry to return the 50 crores to Haren ventures and not SAOL and thus this shows that SC trusts only HVP .
This premise is hilarious . The panelists who have applied for exit payment have paid subscription amount to HVP which was transferred to the account of HVP in Singapore . So the amount deposited in SC was from the account of HVP , Singapore . Since 383 was disposed whom will the money be returned to ? It is but obvious the money will be returned to HVP . This does not mean that SC trusts HVP and not SAOL .This is a technical matter and anyone with even a little intelligence can understand it .
Even though technically only SAOL is under investigation , HVP requested the SC that it wished to return subscription amounts of those persons who could not participate in the surveys of SAOL and earn reward points due to sudden halt of the company’s business.
One of the ways to participate on SAOL website is to purchase subscription of E -magazine from HVP . HVP is the global distributor of E-Magazine and SAOL hosts this magazine on it’s website for a fee. The persons who cannot understand the legal ramifications of such company structure must not try spreading rumor and mistrust but should meet their CA and understand the matters fully.
