High court has passed an order and asked EOW to stop all further investigations in SpeakAsia case

The stay has been imposed on F.I.R By Navneet Khosla in the hearing of AISPA WRIT.

EOW can not investigate further, they will have to get an order from the Hon. Supreme Court for further investigations.

Next date of hearing (AISPA WRIT) is 4th April, 2012…!!!!
