Speak Asia Panelist Association Secretary's arrest on stay

Stay has been granted on arrest of the secretary of the All India Speak Asia Panelist Association (AISPA) Mr. Ashok Bahirwani till 03/April/2012 .

The anticipatory bail application against the 72 hours arrest notice served by EOW to Mr. Bahirwani will be now heard on 03/April/2012.

Friends ! remember that there is is supreme court listing of the SOLOMON JAMES & ORS case on 02/04/2012. Lets cross our fingers to get some clear judgement on that day.
